Throughout her career, she has worked with patients across various age groups and supported individuals with diverse clinical needs.
Her approach integrates hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to deliver personalised and effective rehabilitation. She believes in clear communication and multidisciplinary collaboration, empowering patients to build confidence, restore function, and achieve greater independence in their daily lives.

Mohd Shahril Bin Abdul Rahim
Sport and Exercise Science Practitioner
Shahril is a Sport and Exercise Science Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in fitness screening, movement screening, performance analysis, and recovery programming within the sports performance industry since 2009.
In 2022, he transitioned into general health and wellness, focusing on movement recovery and overall physical well-being. Today, he designs exercise and movement recovery programmes and educates individuals on movement recovery strategies that focus on physical adaptation for post-injury recovery, active and inactive individuals, and the prevention of non-communicable diseases (NCDs).
His main goal is to improve movement quality and build physical resilience, helping individuals become more adaptable and stable in meeting the physical demands of daily life and ultimately enjoy a better quality of life.
